How to create email accounts in cPanel
Login to cPanel.
Go to Email > Email Accounts > Add Email Account.
If you have multiple domains, ensure you have the right domain selected in the Domain drop down menu.
Fill in all the required information:

In order to log into Webmail from cPanel, you will need to click on Access Webmail for the email address under Email Accounts. Once you do so, you will be presented with 3 webmail client options:
Horde
RoundCube
Squirrel Mail
Feel free to choose any webmail client that you'd like. Alternatively, you can access your webmail through these options:
https://webmail.yourdomain.com
https://yourdomain.com/webmail
To set up your new email address in a desktop or mobile email client, please follow the instructions in this article.
